SECA recently held our 47th AGM at the Jubilee Garden Restaurant at SAFRA Toa Payoh on 24th August 2023. The AGM presents a good opportunity for members to reconnect and be updated on the past and future activities of the Association.

We also had two speakers Mr Eric Ng of Malkin & Maxwell LLP to speak to members of “Secret of Performance Bond”, citing various aspects of the legalities and practical examples of the uses of performance bonds, and Mr Chew Yong Hui, from the Scholl Of Engineering ITE College West (Electrical Engineering) to refresh to members on the Work-Study Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Mr Edward Kway, SECA’s Secretary General, presented and on the Secretary General’s Report, Treasurer’s Report. The Association held its Election of Management Council Members for the term 2023 to 2025.

We would like to thank members for their attendance and good company, and also the staff of Jubilee Garden Restaurant for the great service and food.
