Since 2016, SECA has been sponsoring Book Prizes for the deserving students of both ITE Colleges East and West with the aim of encouraging the younger generation to continue to persevere and contribute to a stronger electrical, construction and engineering industry in Singapore.

This year’s ITE College East Graduation Ceremony for the Class of Dec 2022 was on 14th February 2023, with the ITE College West Graduation Ceremony 2023 was held the following day.

On hand to give out the SECA book prizes at this the College East Graduation Ceremony were Mr Jefferson Tan , General Manager (Sales & Marketing) of Wilson Cables Singapore, and SECA Council Member, and Mr Somchai Virabhak, Business Development Director of System Technic Engineering Pte Ltd and SECA’s Vice-President (Operations) at the ITE College West Graduation Ceremony.

We would like to congratulate the SECA Book Prize Winners from Nitec in Electrical Technology (Power & Control) – Ms Winnie Leow Cai Png and Mr Kenny Liew Jun Kai at ITE College East, and also Mr Koh Zheng Ting and Mr Tristen Tang Xi Ze from ITE College West who are also Certificate of Merit (COM) holders for the course.

SCEA wishes Winnie, Kenny, Zheng Ting, Tristen and all fellow ITE Colleges School of Engineering Nitec Graduates all the best in their journey and continue to work hard in their education journey and to stay to achieve fruitful careers in the electrical, construction and engineering sector!
