26th April 2024 – SECA recently conducted a talk for the Association of Strata Managers (“ASM”) at the Lifelong Learning Institute.

The speakers from SECA were Mr Somchai Virabhak, SECA’s Vice President (Operations), and Mr Edward Kway, SECA’s Secretary General.

The talk, part of ASM’s CPD Courses, focused on areas of concern to strata managers, including Singapore’s electricity regulations, best practices and industry updates.

SECA would like to thank our hosts, the Association of Strata Managers and also the participants for their participation and questions.
